I met with four companies. Expertrees (Surrey) Ltd took more time assessing the trees than others and the only person to identify that the Council Recommendations diagram referred to the wrong trees! Chris Humphreys corrected and resubmitted our application within 48 hours, keeping me up-to-date until we had the go ahead and gave us the earliest date and started on time. Expertrees (Surrey) Ltd Team did a first-class job and finished on time. This was the only ‘service’ company that ticked every box. Professional, highly skilled, reliable – and tidy. Finally, they charged less than the others.

I would recommend expert trees for the following reasons. Chris came and looked at the trees and discussed various options to prune our trees and the different cost implications. I was impressed with Christopher’s knowledge of the different species of trees.

On the day of the work they arrived on time and used all the correct safety gear which gave me the client a lot of comfort as he worked between the trees. Not only did he remove a tree but he cut the wood in small sizes for me to use in my wood fire. The work took two people one day as anticipated and everything was removed from my garden. I would recommend expert trees to anybody.

Clear, level and prepare area for greenhouse and supply and plant hedging.

Chris and his team were organised, reliable, hard working and tidy. They arrived when they said they would, arranged the delivery of thirty trees for planting and cheerfully worked in rain and cold to get the job done. The area has been left clean and tidy, clear instructions on the care needed for our new hedge has been given. We are delighted to recommend Chris and his team. This is the second time we have used him, the first was to remove a fallen willow that had landed in a large pond. No job too large or too small!
